HealthyAir

Using drone technology to make taking control of medications and personal health accessible and easy for all.

THE PROBLEM

The problem that this project presented was to create an app for a smaller screen, we used speculative design to come up with our initial idea.

THE PROCESS

After researching into watch technology and also into the NHS and how people access their medications in the uk I decided to go ahead with my idea. I started with sketching and mind mapping to start to visualise my idea. When making my idea I decided that my main target audience was older people. When considering this I decided to keep my interface simple and make sure it followed already existing apple watch conventions. Anything too complicated might confuse people who struggle with technology but are familiar with how their devices work. Then I moved on to wire framing and low fi mock ups. Then into prototyping.

OUTCOMES

The final deliverables for this project consisted of a phone app prototype, a car dashboard prototype, brand guidelines and supporting research.

EVALUATION

Throughout this project I learned about how important accessibility is and also how covid has changed world. HealthyAir will allow people to take back control over their health. I also learned how to use different prototype animations which helped massively in making my apps feel more real.
